The Association’s return/exchange policy for goods sold (t-shirts, hoodies, Reunion pins) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call the office at 254.547.6537 and send your item to 302 N Main St, Copperas Cove, TX, 76522, United States.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 302 N Main St, Copperas Cove, TX, 76522, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds for the Annual Reunion or Veterans Day must be received before the first business day of the month the event is scheduled. Failure to notify the Association HQ (254.547.6537) will result in no refund processed for the member.
